Why is it that people only in this country USA, ask a question, they will advice you what to do?

The question can be answerable by a simple yes or no - yet people will start telling you what to do and how to do things. But look at their life, you will find irregularities that is unimaginable. Probably, if this fact was known before coming over - coming over is not worth it. What's this got to do with real estate, anyway?
People in the US are generally looking for more information than a simple yes or no. So when you ask a question, they will give the yes or no and then explain why. It's part of helping you to understand the answer they are providing. Just trying to be helpful. It's our nature. :-)
