Please can you advice me on my training program?

Im a bit thin and im planning a program for about 5 weeks to see what might this muscle concentration exercises do?


I have a good back and lower body.


So the main muscles i concentrate on is the chest muscle, Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, abs





Here is my Program:





Saturday:


Chest (Bench press)


Biceps


Abs





Sunday:


Chest (Bench press)


Biceps


Abs





Monday:


Chest (Incline press)


Triceps





Tuesday:


Chest (Decline press)


Triceps


Abs





Wednesday:


Chest (Bench press)


Shoulder


Abs





Thursday:


Shoulder


Wrist





Firday:---REST---








I know that they sound wierd but i tried for one week and my chest muscle wasnt tired and i did the exercises very well





If you have a better program please advice...

That sounds pretty good, but you need to switch it up. You may have good lower body, but that needs work as well. You need to alternate, if not, you are going to over work those muscles and your going to tear something. Do your chest, shoulders, arms, etc on one day, do lower body the next do upper the next and so on. But don't do it all on one day. For instance, do chest, biceps and abs Monday, hamstrings, calves and your butt Tuesday, then triceps, lower arms (forgot what the muscles are called :P), back and/or shoulder Wednesday, then all the other lower body muscles Thursday etc.


Oh, and get some cardio in there as well. Run and walk an hour every day as warm up and cool down.





MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH FOR 30 MINUTES!! Stretch every single muscle before and after work out, even if you didn't work it, do it anyway, you'll thank me!
