Are classroom setting classes better than the online option? Did you benefit from taking the classes? Has anyone taken a class given by Gotham Writer's Workshop in NYC? What advice can you give me? ?
I looked into them at one time but didn't enroll. They're quite expensive compared to writing classes elsewhere (New York, what can you say?), and possibly no better than what's available online for free at sites like AbsoluteWrite.
If you do decide to enroll, consider the classroom setting, which IMO is alway preferable to any form of 'distance learning.'
